Kickboxing
Our kickboxing class is an invigorating fast-paced workout with upbeat music, which focuses on boxing and karate kicking drills. Participants wear boxing gloves and hit heavy bags. This class includes intervals of cardio and strength training to improve strength and flexibility and burn fat.

Indoor Cycling
An indoor cycle class that simulates the outdoor biking experience. Experienced Instructors provide an exciting class composed of interval drills, speed work, climbing, and recovery periods, followed by stretching off the bike for a total body workout.

Cycle Boot Camp - NEW
An intense workout -- 30 minutes of cardio intermixed with 30 minutes of total body muscle conditioning. This interval training class blends sprints, hills and endurance with full body moves and plyometrics off the bike to condition your whole body. One-stop shopping for your total body workout –without the pounding of running! (bike shoes not suggested for this class)

Power Flow Yoga
A hybrid yoga
class that focuses on developing muscular strength and endurance throughout all muscle groups in the body. You will move consistently from pose to pose in this power vinyasa flow class that will push you to your limits!
PIYO
A combination of both yoga and Pilates. The class moves at a moderate tempo from pose to pose and exercise to exercise. Many of the poses and exercises are taken directly from yoga. However, participants gain the benefits of training the core (abs, trunk, and back) by employing the rigors of the Pilates method.

Step is a workout that involves stepping up and down on a platform in various movement patterns. Tones and strengthens the lower body while keeping the heart rate elevated.

Traditional yoga class that includes breathing techniques, sun salutations, and relaxation. A great class for all fitness levels.
Senior Fitness
Our Senior Fitness program features specifically designed workouts to increase endurance, flexibility, muscular strength, and range of motion—all in a friendly, social environment. Instructors hold AFAA certifications in both Primary Group Exercise and Senior Fitness.

- Increase muscular strength and range of movement using light weights, and learn appropriate strength-training progressions for the joints of the upper and lower body. Emphasis is placed on proper technique and safety.

- The Zumba® Gold fitness program is second to none. It is an innovative, fun, and exciting program designed for the active older adult, the true beginner, people who are not accustomed to exercising, or people who may be limited physically. The main difference between Zumba Gold and Zumba Basic is that Zumba Gold is done at a lower intensity—not as fast, but certainly as fun. The same great Latin styles of music and dance are used.
